Heat resistant clothing

iron works,  high temperature

Products manufactured by TERMOIZOL

Protective heat-resistant leggings OG-12

They protect from flames, liquid metal splash and intense heat radiation. They are designed to be used with protective clothing during steel and non-ferrous metals casting. The leggings are made of metallised glass fibre and non-flammable wool fibre lining. They consist of tibia protection and foot protection.

Head protector OGK-1

It protects from flames, liquid metal splash and intense heat radiation. It is designed to be used with protective clothing during steel and non-ferrous metals casting. It is made of metallised glass fibre and non-flammable wool and cotton fibre lining.

Heat-resistant gloves for foundry workers

One- and three-finger short (420 mm) and long (620 mm) gloves are made of an upper layer of metallised glass fibre and a heat-resistant split leather grip. They are lined with slow-burning cotton. Between the lining and the split leather, there is a thermoinsulating insert made of thick slow-burning wool. The gloves are designed to protect hands of steel and non-ferrous metals foundry workers from burning with hot objects, open flames, liquid metal splash, slag spattering and intense heat radiation.

Protective heat-resistant apron OF-52

It is made of metallised glass fibre and a slow-burning cotton lining. The apron protects the front and sides of the trunk and partially the legs from flames, minor liquid metal splash and heat radiation. The apron is held by straps, and fastened with a hook in the back. It is designed for blacksmiths and rolling mill operators.

Protective heat-resistant apron OF-56

With sleeves. It is made of metallised glass fibre and a slow-burning cotton lining. The apron reaches the knees. The back of the apron is buttoned at the neck and at the height of the hips. The apron protects the front, sides and arms from flames, hot metal splash, slag spattering and heat radiation. The apron is designed for positions in thermal processing departments in steelworks and ironworks, e.g. blacksmiths, rolling mill operators, furnace operators, etc.

Protective heat-resistant coat OP-54

It is made of metallised glass fibre. The coat protects from liquid metal splash, slag spattering, flames and heat radiation. At the back of the coat and under the arms there are ventilating holes. The coat is flared at the bottom, and it is fastened with five two-part quick-release clasps. It is designed for foundry workers exposed to casting of steel and non-ferrous metals, etc. The coat should be used with other slow-burning protectors. It may be made with a slow-burning cotton lining.

Protective heat-resistant suit for foundry workers OB-50/OS-50

It is made of metallised glass fibre and a wool lining. The top is fastened with five two-part quick-release clasps. The suit (trousers, top) is used when there is a danger of exposure to extreme heat, such as flame, liquid metal splash, slag spattering and intense heat radiation. The suit is used in foundries during casting of steel and non-ferrous metals.

Protective heat-resistant suit for foundry workers OB-58/OS-58

It is made of metallised glass fibre and a slow-burning cotton lining. The structure of the suit is similar to that of the OB-50/OS-50. The suit (trousers, top) is used when there is a danger of exposure to heat, such as minor liquid metal splash, slag spattering and heat radiation.

Heavy fireman’s suit USC-4

Non-flammable and thermoinsulating suit, protecting the whole body. It protects from intense heat radiation and flames. It is designed for short-time exposure to fire during rescue actions realised by fire brigades. The suit is used with a mask and a compressed air apparatus, which are not included. The user must be assisted by another person equipped with the same suit.

The suit consists of four elements: top, trousers, gloves and shoe protectors. It is made of three fabric layers:

  • upper layer made of metallised glass fibre,
  • lower layer made of non-flammable wool,
  • metallised non-flammable impregnated cotton lining.

Welding screens, curtains, smoke curtains. We make welding screens, curtains and smoke curtains of raw glass fabrics and metallised glass fabrics, in accordance with the dimensions specified by the client. At the edges of the curtains there are pressed metal eyelets which facilitate hanging them on metal structures. The spacing and dimensions of the eyelets are specified by the client.

Evacuation bags

We produce evacuation bags for files and banknotes. The bags are made of metallised glass fibre, and they are lined with polyamide foil to additionally protect the contents of the bag from getting wet and humidity during fire-fighting and evacuation. At the top of the bag there are pressed metal eyelets. A cotton string going through the eyelets permits to easily close the bag once it has been filled.
